Birth Preparation With Joy

We took the Birth Prep class with Joy in February 2023. It was such a great environment what she created with her calm voice and friendly approach. We were only 6 of us on the class, which was giving us a huge possibility to talk about all the topics we wanted even if that was not in the planned schedule. Absolutely fantastic. Joy was so nice, friendly and reassuring. I've taken so much from the group classes and would 100% recommend her to any parents to be. Really informative and presented in an informal way with all the information backed by facts. Very impartial and only giving us all the information we need to make an informed decision. Me and my partner really enjoyed taking part in Joy's hypnobirthing focused antenatal class. When the time came, everything went according to plan and I couldn't have asked for a better labour..
