Trudi is a brilliant yoga for pregnancy teacher, I have attended her classes for my first child and recently for my second. The breathing techniques I learnt were invaluable during labour to control breathing, work through the contractions and trust in my body. Would highly recommend for gentle yoga and effective relaxation during pregnancy.

I attended Trudi's antenatal yoga throughout my first pregnancy. I am so happy to be able to attend during my second. I highly recommend it because of the gentle yoga flows with safe postures, the soothing element of the relaxations and Trudi knows her stuff, she is really lovely 💗

Trudi is a fabulous pregnancy yoga teacher and I loved taking part in her classes throughout both of my pregnancies. Trudi makes everyone in the class feel relaxed with her welcoming, calm and friendly approach and creates a very positive environment to prepare women for their birth experiences. At first I was a bit sceptical about hypnobirthing but after the first session with Trudi I was completely sold on it. Trudi was a brilliant teacher who gave great practical instruction whilst sharing her own honest and relatable experiences which was really reassuring. My partner and I used a lot of what we learnt during 3 days of induction and labour and both agree that it made the whole experience much calmer and relaxing.
