Birkenhead Radio Sailing And Power Club

A lovely lake, custom built for Model Yacht Racing in the 1930's. This is still one of the UK's finest venues for the sport of Radio Sailing. see Club Website for details of events throughout the year.

Always good for sailing Sailboats & RC boats - nice lake, complimented with the resident geese/ducks etc. As this is flat ground (as opposed to New Brighton's raised launching edges), a kneeling pad is a must to facilitate launching of boats.

Large dedicated model boating lake. One of the best clubs in the country for model yacht racing, whether a total beginner or a world champion. Marbleheads, One Metres, Dragonforces and RG65s regularly raced here.

Had a go fishing seen a few jump out but no bites and there are people who use boat's on it
