I have been training with Shaun for over 6 months now and the improvement in my running and stamina is more than I could have hoped for. From the very beginning he listened to what I wanted from coaching and he put together a plan which fits perfectly into my life and made it feel achievable. I have been training with Shaun at Bigg Change for 18 months. My fitness level has increased substantially and Shaun has adapted our training plan as my needs change. My fitness goals have been achieved and I am now working towards new goals. I really recommend Shaun, he is flexible and adapts his style to what suits you best. š

A fabulous morning of technical and practical advice and information on running technique and yoga stretches especially for runners. Both Shaun and Marie were so helpful and there was a really inclusive informative vibe. Also an amazing trail run through the countryside! Would recommend to experienced and novice runners! Thank you - healthy flapjacks were a bonus too!

I first engaged with Bigg Change during lockdown. Iād previously enjoyed running but had got out of the habit and lost all my fitness which it turns out happens quite quickly in your mid 40ās!
