Genuinely could not meet a nicer guy! Sean takes so much pride in his work and always has his clients best interest at heart. I was with BGB coaching for nearly 2 years both in person PT sessions & online coaching. Sean set me up a great weight plan and diet goal. Sean is such a welcoming and friendly person which makes the gym feel a lot less daunting when starting. He not only encourages and supports you in the session, he gives you knowledge of every workout allowing you to not only see results but also to understand how each movement can affect the overall workout.
