  • Blair created a 4 week training programme for me to help improve speed, strength, power, sharpness and fitness. This was very in depth and he provided videos of all exercises and drills to ensure I knew exactly what to do. This will benefit me substantially and was unreal value for money. Highly recommend!

  • Blair was great, i have alot of issues with my back and hamstrings and even from the first session i could feel a differance. Would definetly recommend
