I have been having Personal Training sessions with Alex since June 22. After 5 months, which included a short pause for summer (but I kept doing some exercise on my own), I see incredible changes in my body shape and general fitness. I am just over 60 and I am astonished to see how my body has regained fitness in such a short time, just with a regular, once a week, one hour exercise: never give up on your health!!! Would recommend Alex's training every time!! He is encouraging, knowledgeable, kind and never fails to motivate. His approach is the right balance of difficulty but understanding of my fitness level. He has a lot of flexibility with my schedule, and is so kind and easy to talk to.

Alex is an excellent trainer. I started training with Alex about a year ago, I came to him with a few injuries and he has developed a regime to accommodate them whilst still working on my goals. He adapts his style to suit you and quickly finds the most effective ways to motivate you. it never gets boring, he's always introducing new exercises and equipment and has a great way of knowing exactly when to switch it up. Can't recommend him highly enough.

I've been training with Alex over a few months now and I enjoy it so much. The sessions are always different and challenging in their own way which helps me stay motivated. Alex took the time when we first started working together to understand me and what type of exercise I enjoy as well as the injuries I've had in the past.
