I am furniture at this place. We all strive to help each other be better. You dont stay long if you only care about you. There is no macho here. Going to a gym can be scary for the first time but BBB acts as a place to relax emotionally and in safety while training at your pace.

Great atmosphere and a fantastic level of martial arts teaching from Kev, the owner, who has a real passion for helping people improve.

My 11 year old boy has been going to BBB for 5 years. Both Kev and Josh are professional in their teaching and extremely good with kids. They make MMA fun to learn for the younger members and it helps them keep fit whilst learning how to protect themselves. I highly recommend BBB to anyone of any age. I think they have some of the best facilities in the area and you won’t find better teachers. 5 stars easily.

Absolutely fantastic. My daughter loved it. Kevin (owner) is such a nice and decent bloke, and knows his stuff. He's great with the kids, teaching skills are second to none, and so on top of all the Covid-19 distancing, his primary concern if keeping everyone safe. Would recommend it to anyone, young, teen or adult
