Bev is a great teacher, really relaxed and therefore relaxing. She combines yoga, chi- gong and tai chi in a really creative way. Her voice is also a great asset, especially in relaxation, where it soothes away all cares.

My partner and I joined Bevs zoom sessions during lockdown having no previous yoga experience. The sessions are so easy to join and Bevs flexible teaching caters for all levels from experienced or absolute beginers like us! We feel so much better afterwards both physically and mentally. Lovely relaxation at the end....highly recommend.

I absolutely love Bev's classes. I've done her yoga classes for a few years. I started Qigong whilst in lockdown. I work full-time and also a carer and Bev's classes have kept me sane. I suffered from bad anxiety at the beginning and I was having broken sleep but now I feel so much more energised and I sleep so much better. Everyone should really give it a go as you will be surprised at how much better you will feel. Thank you Bev!

Bev’s QiFlow has been brilliant for me through lock down. It’s really helped me deal with my anxiety and also seems to make me feel more energised. Bev has a really calm and relaxing nature about her. Her classes always fly by so quickly and she really tailors them to suit each individual. Highly recommend .

Bev is an amazing Yogi. Her classes have a touch of magic that soothes your body, your mind and your soul. I have been following her classes for two years now and feel my body is stronger and healthier. Thank you for making me feel great.
