Highly recommend Gary! Before starting with him, I had very little experience with weight training and not much confidence in the gym. I have been training with him for almost a year now and noticed a massive difference in my strength and fitness. In addition to his PT sessions, he keeps in contact with regular check ins and workout plans. He is very approachable and friendly, really motivating and a great PT!

If I could give 10 stars I really would! Gary is the best personal trainer you will ever have. Ladies and Gents if you want to test your limits and push yourself to try news things, he's absolutely the PT to do that for you! He will build your plans suited to what he knows you're capable of, and also make you feel like you can conquer anything! Had a session a training session with Gary and I can truly say he is a brilliant trainer. His knowledge and demonstrations are concise, very well explained and all round top quality. He will really give you a lot of value during a session, as a relatively new lifter he has broadened my knowledge and given me a good start to my gym journey. I really recommend his services, he is a very friendly and approachable trainer which really does have a positive impact on the sessions.

I have started my training from Gary three months back and he has made me like workouts. Before, going to the gym and training by myself was challenging because though I knew what my goal was I was clueless is my path - Gary has not only helped me in finding that path, he has made workout fun and I always look forward to my training days. Also, and I can’t stress it enough, he has an amazing personality and is very caring.
