Blair is a very patient & experienced trainer. His positive attitude and enthusiasm encourages & motivates me to push myself further. Thanks to Blair I am enjoying the gym, getting fitter & feel more confident. I’m now more at ease visiting the gym on my own! Something I couldn’t do before working with Blair. He listens and tailors your programme to suit you & your needs. I would highly recommend Blair. A great personal trainer!

I had a problem with my lower back thinking something serious had happened feeling very low as I wasn’t able to do my regular gym workouts. After speaking to Blair in the gym he explained a few things and advised what the problem could be so I booked in with him to have a sports massage. I couldn’t believe the difference even after 1 session, after 2 sessions I’m back into full gym work with zero pain, an absolute hero in my eyes, can’t thank you enough Blair, I’ve recommended you to everyone 🤩

Blair is very knowledgeable and creates tailored plans suited to your goals and gives you the knowledge to achieve them. The PT sessions allow you to gain confidence with using gym equipment and I now follow healthy lifestyle habits I maybe wouldn’t have without having Blair as a PT.

Blair is a fantastic trainer. PT sessions are going brilliantly. Very knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive. Sessions are fun and I really look forward to them. Blair always suggests alternative exercises, so your workouts are varied. I would definitely recommend Blair and encourage you to just try some sessions, you will be amazed at what you can achieve!
