I have been learning yoga with Bethan for the last 10 months and have enjoyed every moment. As a runner, the yoga has helped to correct some long term injuries, as well as improve my overall flexibility and strength. These classes are fun and there are options for new and experienced yogis!

I live for Bethans yoga classes. I have tried so many different teachers and different styles of yoga and I've mostly felt super self conscious. These classes give you just the right amount of challenge vs relaxation so you achieve such a sense on mental and physical wellness at the end of class. Nothing is taken too seriously, instead of being tutted at for not being able to acheive perfection in a pose at some classes, gentle encouragement is given with reminders that all bodies are differ...

If you want to go to a yoga class with a relaxed, friendly feel to it and come away after a class feeling 10 times better in every way than when you walked in then this is the class for you. I went to one class and was hooked. Bethan has a love of yoga and it's very infectious! Give it a try! You won't be sorry! A little add on.... Bethen is an amazing yoga teacher, really diverse and I follow her to all her events and classes, I could not recommend such a lovely friendly warm welcoming person to kick start you into your new fitness journey and new you, she's changed my body my flexibility and wellbeing 🙏
