Highly recommend Beth as a personal trainer. I worked with her before COVID and when lockdown started, we adapted our sessions online which was new for both of us but ended up a huge success. Beth has been a fabulous Personal Trainer. Her people skills and enthusiasm are really infectious! I approached her very nervous and anxious about entering the gym and she immediately put me at ease just having a good chat about my goals, experience and capability. Beth is a fantastic PT. Having never had a PT before I was a bit nervous about what to expect but Beth was so calm and approachable - as well as being honest and realistic about all things health and fitness related. I couldn't ask for a better trainer... really motivated me to do more.. helped with my food plan as well as calorie and protein intake. Also helped with cravings, cheats and treats!! Beth is an amazing personal trainer, she made me feel at ease straight away and is great at encouraging you through out the workouts as well as outside of the gym. The sessions were always personalised to me and my goals whilst also covering a wide range of exercises to keep things fresh.
