Beth is brilliant, extremely knowledgeable and so personable. I went to her after the birth of my second child and she helped me on my postnatal journey. Whereas so many people focus on "bouncing back" Beth focuses on health and wellbeing. You're in safe hands with Beth!

I have really benefited from Beth’s exercise classes as well some small group and 1:1 sessions following the birth of my second and third babies. She is very knowledgeable and has really helped me strengthen both my pelvic floor and more globally. Beth has come up with specific and targeted exercises to help me return to running with confidence.

I have really loved Beth's post natal fitness classes, I'm just sad I'm going back to work and won't be able to continue them! Beth is very friendly and approachable but also very motivating. I find my whole day goes better after a fitness session. The way the class is set out it's easy to chat to other mums and it's lovely that Gill can provide babysitting so you can actually concentrate on getting fit.

I highly recommend Beth’s post natal class to new mums who want to get fitter and aren’t sure of what exercises are appropriate after giving birth. Beth’s knowledge is great, she will have a look at your abs before you start the programme so you can be sure that whatever you do is appropriate and safe. Having Gill babysitting during the class is amazing so you don’t have to check on your baby constantly. I love going to Beth’s class, it makes me feel better about myself and the social aspect ...

Beth is really knowledgeable about post natal fitness and teaches you the right exercises to do once you are ready to start exercising after having a baby. I really enjoy Beth’s mum and baby sessions and having a babysitter there is also a massive help. I love going to her classes. I feel fitter and stronger than ever and I’m now training for a half marathon!!!
