I've completed first 4 weeks of a personal training programme, 2 x 45minute sessions per week with Barry / Mandy. Absolutely loving it, already noticed a remarkable increase in strength, have lost a steady 4 pounds without making dietary changes and best for me, lost 2.5 inches! If you don't think groups are for you, this is worth a try...but I arrive at the end of a boot camp session, and everyone looks like they've enjoyed it 😀

Joining Best body Bootcamp was the best decision I ever made! For years I’ve wanted to work on my health and fitness but just been to anxious to walk into a gym! With finding my new found comfort here the trainers are amazing very supportive really help you to meet your goals! All the ladies are so friendly and supportive and we all encourage each other to push through every session!

I have been attending Best Body Camp for 5 weeks and feel so much better in myself. From the first contact, Barry, Mandy and Lisa have been very welcoming, supportive and motivational. The place has a real family atmosphere and all of the attendees are very friendly. Can't recommend this place highly enough x

I joined Best Body Boot Camp in Feb 2022 as I’d had a few injuries and wanted to improve fitness in a non traditional gym environment and I am so glad I did. Barry, Lisa and Mandy are fantastic instructors - friendly, approachable and make the workouts fun. Each session differs so you do not got bored. This is a highly motivating fun environment with lots of guidance and you also have catch ups regularly to help achieve your goals. I'd definitely recommend BBBC.

I have been attending Best Body Bootcamp for 7 weeks now! 🙌🏻🎉 So far I have dropped a jean size, my clothes are fitting much better and my friends and family are commenting that I look slimmer.
