Training with Ollie has really changed my life. I never used to feel comfortable training in the gym but since I met Ollie, he has always made training fun. He has shared his wealth of knowledge so I could understand what I was working on scientifically and practically. He was very patient as he would always take the time to correct my movements when they were wrong. I've never met anyone so passionate about their job and he is willing to go the extra mile for you. I totally recommend!

I first worked with Ollie a couple of years ago where he helped me improve my ability to train my upper body. Within a few weeks I was able to perform push exercises without pain.
