I've been training with Gav since the summer... and at 49, I've never been fitter, or enjoyed exercise more... His Hiit classes are brilliant fun, different every time, and packed with good humour too... I've also been on his nutrition programme for the same amount of time and have lost nearly two stone, thanks to brilliant dietary advice and sharing delicious, nutritious recipes and tip with all his other fabulous clients... Gav gives so much excellent advice and encouragement and it feels ...

Gav is a great strength and conditioning coach who mixes things up to keep things interesting while also always making it clear why something is worth doing. Especially good for training tailored to maximise benefits to a specific sport or goal. Always friendly, approachable and flexible.

Gav is an amazing personal trainer. Very supportive and always have a laugh in sessions, which I wouldn’t normally say about exercise! Have seen my strength and fitness improve. I enjoy both PT sessions and group classes (on Zoom - so have kept exercising throughout lockdown). Would definitely recommend. Thanks Gav!

Gavin is a very experienced trainer who has created a friendly and welcoming fitness community which I have been a part of for many years now. I am definitely fitter and stronger from attending Gavin’s classes and would highly recommend him.

I've been following Gav's 8 week strength & conditioning course, along with some Jui Jitsu colleagues. We're also getting nutritional advice, whic is proving really useful. In short, it's working for us as well as being enjoyable. We get the one-to-one advice as well as group sessions and Q&As each week. He also gives us support via a What'sApp group. I've also been doing some of his Saturday morning Strength & Mobility classes, which are great for my Jui Jitsu movements. Highly recommend.
