BCS has provided me with a safe and friendly working environment where I am able to progress. The management team have and continue to support my professional development whilst also being proactive in dealing with any concerns I may have. The culture here at BCS is next to none! The management team have gone out of their way to create a culture that ensures that everyone feels supported and welcomed and it is a joy to work for BCS!! There a numerous initiatives in place to support me in my role as a pharmacist both personally and professionally! I have not come across a work place and environment with this type of culture where the values, morals & vision of the business are so embedded in everything they do. It has been an eye opener to know such companies still exist which welcome innovation & an adaptive approach which creates a sense inclusiveness across all levels of the company.
