Berry'S Coaches

Had a great customer experience with Berry’s coaches today. They always get me to London on time and today was no different. Was well looked after by Charlie who provided refreshments on board and made sure we were all comfortable for the duration of the journey. Thanks!

Due to the incident that’s closed the the district and the Piccadilly line and had to catch a Uber to Hammersmith unfortunately we missed our bus. We spoke to the staff on the next bus who helped us and said that don’t worry we will get you home just wait for the 20:15 bus. We waited and we’re greeted by Richard, Trevor and heather who couldn’t of been more helpful and said don’t worry we will get you home they had us already transferred on there list which made us feel so much at ease knowin...

Even tho there was a major incident on the roads they were only a bit late!!! Some people moaned but most of us were chuffed that they made it at all!!! The staff were beyond amazing and should be tipped more often especially after our experience!!! Please stop being rude and share the love when it is deserved!!! We couldn't of asked for a better coach company. Thank You Berry's!!!

Went on the fast service - West Country (Warminster) to Hammersmith recently. It was on time, driver (and 'courier') were helpful and efficient. There were a couple of people needing assistance on the return journey, incl. one w. a wheelchair; they couldn't have done more for them! Also, a quick mention for Jan at head office: left an item of lost property on the coach. She was both successful in locating it for me and SO patient when I had to prove it actually belonged to me. Excellent service at an excellent price. Fast and smooth. I agree the toilet could do with a clean mid journey but I think the driver may be pre occupied driving. Loved the chance of a tea coffee etc at your seat. Keep up the good work guys
