I am a member of Ben’s online fitness community. He hosts a brilliant live session every weekday and I tend to do replays of my favourite sessions on weekends! I’ve know Ben all my life and he’s always been high energy and enthusiastic, and he totally brings that to his coaching. I started at the beginning of lock down and have trained most days since and feel fitter and stronger both physically and mentally. The community is fantastic and offers support and diet ideas too! Thanks Ben!

You will not be disappointed! What a guy. I have done online classes with Ben now since the beginning of lockdown and what a trip it’s been. I have enjoyed every minute of it - not just his classes but our online community. He motivates, educates and supports. His motivation has got me through some very hard times. I love the online workout sessions with Ben. The sessions have a professional atmosphere. I have really enjoyed connecting with other members in the group as cheerleaders it has kept me motivated during lockdown. It's changed my whole routine and kept me really fit.

I met Ben when he was training clients in the local park, and connected with him via Facebook. And once lockdown happened I took the plunge and joined his daily 30mins Facebook live classes. Which I've come to love. Giving me a daily endorphin lift, toned body and a sense of community, making working out fun. Love the shout outs and the group banter. I have worked on my fitness with Ben for 4 years. First as a private PT and now as creator and owner of the Fi.TT6 method, targeting 3 key areas of fitness, nutrition and meditation. Fi.TT6 is a brilliant system, easy to follow and gives great results. I highly recommend Ben and Fi.TT6 to anyone.
