Ben has been a delight to work with. He know's what he is talking about and has made my experience in the gym a lot better. I am a lot more confident in turning up to the gym and putting myself a workout together on my own. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make serious progress in the Gym.

I started my fitness journey with Ben in May 21 and the results have been nothing short of life changing. Highly recommend Ben if you are serious about upping any aspect of your training programme. My goal was to start strength training and Ben designed a fully tailored 12 week programme that started with the basics and by the end left me fully confident in lifting free weights in a safe fashion. Ben is such a fantastic trainer! Prior to training with Ben I did not enjoy going to the gym and as such did not go regularly. Ben set out a great training plan in easy to manage time frames, so I could squeeze it into my lunch break or hit the gym after work for a longer session. Ben is always upbeat, fun and has great knowledge. I came away from each session feeling accomplished and motivated - even on a Monday! I would highly recommend Ben!
