I start this with this club over 5 years when my son first started playing from being just a parent standing on the side I become more involved starting as an assistant coach then taking on the team with I ran for two years with no rugby experience I was put on courses and was helped a lot by Aidran boyce who runs the club, I am now safe guarding officer and still love being at the club.
