Today this is Benefits Cosmetics UK HQ but at this very site, history was made. It was here on the 15th of June 1920 that Britain’s first official radio broadcast happened - a full two years before the BBC was founded! Guglielmo Marconi is the name and this is a must if you or your career has anything to do with radio! Please respect the fact that this is a place of business not related to Marconi anymore other than the historical significance.

Beautiful building lovingly restored. My favourite part, aside form the friendly colleagues there, is the sign on the receptionists desk. “Director of First Impression”
