I have been using benchmark fitness for a year. The sessions are very enjoyable and fun. Kevin is a great personal trainer keeps you motivated and interested in the training , he is always there to provide you support (especially during lockdown was very handy). I like the breakdown of daily activities, Kevin tries to surprise you with a variety of exercises each day. He keeps checking if you are getting the most out of his fitness program. I would definitely recommend benchmark fitness.

Kevin’s enthusiasm and commitment in motivating towards personal fitness goals is inspiring. I have admired his thoughtful planning of each session on everyday of the week with attention to function and all body parts. He brings variety and fun to the session which makes the sessions absolute joy to participate rather than feeling regimental. His bootcamps are definitely the place to be to work towards personal fitness goals!

Kevin is a true professional in his training and his approach to physical fitness. His attention to the important elements of health, strength and fitness is designed to make a difference across the board rather than simply attending to vanity. With his motivation, I have been able to be disciplined. Will recommend to anybody who are not much motivated with going to gym and would wish to take fitness with a holistic approach.

I have been going to Benchmark fitness for nearly 4 years now, initially only going to 1 or 2 sessions a week for the first 4 months until I really started to see the benefits that Kevin's expertise and more regular sessions could offer and now do a class pretty much everyday of the week (excluding Sundays). I felt really comfortable during training sessions and also very much supported. Kevin is always available for support and provides loads of handy tips and nutritional information. Each session is different and enjoyable I would recommend to anyone even those who have never been to a gym.
