Ben'S Pt Essex

I’ve trained with Ben for about 3 months. He tailored the training to help me with my back pain issues. In the past, whenever I would train I would eventually trigger my back pain which would put me out for weeks. He is an excellent personal trainer who really enabled me to strengthen my core and back so that I could continue training and living my life pain free. I now do exercises that I would never have attempted before. Thank you Ben.

I’ve been training with Ben since May and it’s been a game changer for me! I have hit the fitness goals I have had in this time, and beyond that Ben has also helped me with my diet, routine and mindset. Wholeheartedly recommend - I hated exercise before and now never miss a session!

I find Ben a pleasant, creative and thoughtful PT. He's devised various programs to increase my mobility and strengthen my back in particular. The sessions are varied and challenging, consequently remain interesting. I feel a sense of achievement when I'm able use heavier weights. Also, Ben listens and adapts if I feel a particular exercise doesn't suit me. He's reliable and always ontime too.

Ben is absolutely the finest PT around bar none! If you want results he is the person to go to. His breadth of knowledge together with his awareness of your own ability (and any injuries) will move you on to the next level of fitness. He motivated me to achieve goals I had no idea I was capable of!

Ben is great! When I started going to him I was the biggest I’ve ever been and felt very unfit. I was very self conscious about it and nervous going to a PT. Ben made me feel comfortable and I didn’t once feel judged. He’s given me good food advice and is always there at the end of a text if I have any questions. Ten weeks on, I’m stronger than I’ve been in a long time I’ve lost over a stone and a half and my body shape has changed completely. He’s cost me a fortune in smaller clothes!!!
