  • I have been a recreational runner for a while and picked it back up in lockdown. I worked with Ben on a running MOT ahead of a half marathon and even after one session I was amazed with the results.   • I decided I needed a running coach and Ben got me back running again after having a baby. We took it slowly and built up the miles gradually.
