I’ve been training with Ben for around two years and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. He’s great at breaking down lifts so even those who aren’t a natural at lifting (me!) get it. He’s also good at listening to your goals and adapting your training and plan accordingly. As a bonus, he makes training fun!

I have been training with Ben for over 2 years. During this time he has taken me from novice to the point of enjoying doing squats, deadlifts and bench press. He is a real expert in power lifting and additionally really knowledgeable in all aspects of keeping fit.
