Jackie is an excellent driving instructor, very patient, friendly, and doesn't get mad or shout at you when you make a mistake or get something wrong - (even if you do have an elderly man crash into you on the day of your test and put her car off the road and in the garage being repaired for a week or so!!) Best driving instructor I've ever had (and I've had quite a few) passed my test first time with only two minors!! Kind, supportive and professional. This lady made me feel completely at ease behind the wheel, was able to answer all my questions and made sure I was ready and confident for my test.
