Very misleading we were promised horse riding experience for the children at this establishment called a horse riding school. However upon arrival we were refused any horse riding and told instead to watch the horses. The children were deeply disappointed and upset by this experience. The staff were unhelpful and tried to blame restrictions due to covid when over the phone this was not stated. Don't waste your money!!!

Staff were not professional in the slightest. Communication was clearly a factor, as children were left disheartened and disappointed. Horse riding was agreed however, this was not delivered through staff. COVID restrictions have been lifted staff suggested we watch the horses than ride them. Utterly appalled and shocked over what we stated over the phone was not carried through. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Disappointing, came all this way only to be told on the day children can't ride on the ponies/ horses. Kids came home very upset after all we did promise them a horse riding experience. When enquiring previous to arrival it was not mentioned that the children couldn't ride the ponies. Had this been highlighted i don't think we would of made the journey there just for a show and tell!! It's a shame, it had potential to be a great day out.

I found the experience not only rude by the way I was addressed in front of my kids. The fact I was told upon arrival that they wouldn’t be riding but watching the horses as I sat by watching after paying. I’m not only dissatisfied and disappointed by the outcome not only for my children but that it completely ruined our day as there was no communication of this before hand.
