I am so pleased to find such a gem of a PT. I have been going to Sue for six months and feel a different person. I have been a client with Sue for 6 yrs. My focus was to have PT support with my running & specifically to avoid running injuries! Sue’s knowledge, expertise & unswerving commitment has been and is invaluable to me. If anyone is thinking of making a change in their life - be it fitness, lifestyle, weight loss, relationships - I would say without doubt that Sue is the perfect person to guide and support you through it.

I'm now into my 6th amazing year training with Sue; I'm a 50something equestrian lady with a list of old injuries and during that time Sue has improved my flexibility, increased my fitness and stamina and helped me re-hab my injuries through biomechanics coaching and careful and targeted training. I'm in no doubt that without her, I would by now be considering a more sedate hobby...I owe her so much and would recommend her to anyone

I have been training with Sue for a year now. As well as offering great classes Sue is a fabulous coach. Her holistic approach is personal and completely tailored to my lifestyle, ability and time available. The 1:1 chats are so helpful and insightful. I have been attending Sue's classes for a few years now and feel so much stronger and fitter. Classes are always fun and the content changes every week. Sue is a very motivational person and is really good at adapting exercises for injuries /restrictions - her classes are for everyone no matter what fitness or ability. Would highly recommend 🙂
