Having 1-2-1 sessions makes me more accountable (no skipping off the gym because nobody will notice) besides which I don't need to talk myself into going to our sessions because they are full of variety and they make me feel good.   • My husband and I have PT sessions with Geraldine and could not recommend her high enough. She has a well-equipped studio, her classes are fun, effective and we've noticed an improvement in our fitness levels. She takes into account the individuals' fitness levels while keeping you motivated and engaged.
