This was my investment in myself. While I had lost over 3 stone in the 2 years before I still didn’t have the confidence to go into a gym on my own and had hit a plateau in my weight loss. I have been training now at bears fitness for 6 weeks and I have loved every second !! Kelly and Chris are so motivating and encourage me to do my best to allow me to achieve the goals I had set for myself, not only in the gym but in my everyday lifestyle.
