Sarah is an excellent PT- really knowledgeable and supportive. Her rooftop space is really cool- you can see the top of the Cathedral and all the way to Vauxhall- and it has so much equipment - free weights, squat rack, ski erg, kettle bells, assault bike, normal bike, rowing machine. So different to most gyms where you are underground and having to queue to use equipment all the time.

Sarah is a fantastic and knowledgeable PT with a brilliant rooftop gym. I have done both one on one and group sessions with her. She identified areas of weakness - such as my ankle flexibility - and helped me to strengthen and improve. Her group fitness sessions are always fun and I have loved training with her.

I found Bear Fitness when looking for a friendly, positive space as someone new to personal training. Sarah is an incredible coach - her sessions are engaging, accessible and tailored. I always feel supported and it’s a real joy to train with her. The results for my strength and fitness are a testament to Sarah’s skill and professionalism. I would (and frequently do) recommend Sarah and Bear Fitness.

I always like training with Sarah (and not many other pts!) because she is interested in working to all kinds of goals, not necessarily visible muscles, and manages to be funny to chat to through some ridiculous and ridiculously painful moves. I think I’m now on my third training stint - keep coming back for more!

Sarah is super attentive and really personalises to your needs & level whilst still pushing you to do more as well as strengthen your weaknesses. It’s brought much needed structure to my workouts and helped keep me going throughout lockdown. Having done PT sessions in the past, I can honestly say that Sarah’s programming has been the best value for money to date.
