I decided to try the 12 week allure programme because I felt chronically tired and struggled to fit the amount of excersize I wanted into my busy schedule. Suzie analysed my food diary and told me where I was going wrong and did me a food plan to follow. She also did me some home workouts that I could do in 20mins when I don't have time to get to the gym as well as gym work outs to follow so that I was getting the maximum results out of my gym sessions. As a shift worker my diet and work out is horrendous, Suzie also being a shift worker is very understanding and supportive with great advice which has allowed me to change my habits and make positive changes that suit my lifestyle and work life. Flexible and reliable, highly reccomended!
