It is impossible to not engage and be inspired by Bill's style of teaching. He brings passion, joy and a mountain of wisdom to every course he facilitates. I have attended many of Bill's courses and day retreats and it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say these experiences have been life changing. If anyone, from any walk of life, wants an introduction to Mindfullness look no further!

Bill has changed my life in so many ways though the courses, drop in and monthly sessions. Whether its face to face or virtual you will get so much from all that BeMindful offers. As my daughter so beautifully said 'Everyone needs a bit of Bill in their life'.

I signed up for an 8 week Course at the start of the lockdown and it has made a huge difference. Bill is an excellent coach/tutor and has a great deal of knowledge and experience to share in the subject. Bill is passionate about the subject and is genuinely interested and caring towards the course participates. I cant recommend him highly enough.

I completed the 8 week mindfulness course, and the 8 week self compassion course with Bill a few years ago and they had a huge impact on my life. Bill is a fantastic teacher, really insightful, has a great story to tell, and critically a calm & soothing voice. I will always feel grateful for time spent with Bill and encourage anyone to give his teaching a try!

I started my mindful journey with Bill. I think it is really important to have a teacher you feel comfortable with and who has depth of knowledge. Enquiry is a big part of learning on courses and Bill is exceptional. I have attended many courses run by Bill over the past few years and these have given me huge insight.
