An amazing experience that helped me moved beyond the rapid charring of kebabs on my barbecue, to understanding the benefits of "low and slow". The 6 hours just flew by. Even better than learning how to do this type of barbecue was eating the results! Learned a lot and can't wait for it to warm up so I can put it into practice. I attended the all American BBQ feast (finally, covid scuppering the plans of the whole world for quite some time now!) and enjoyed it very much. A nice welcome upon arrival from Jackie and Dave, with a hot drink and a bacon roll, all in the lovely surroundings of the Kent countryside. Great and accommodating hosts. The host and hostess where very pleasant and extremely engaging the day was good from start to finish and the workshop included everyone. If you are looking improve your BBQ skills then this is a day well worth attending there was an unlimited supply of quality food. I would not hesitate to attend the next level The day was a success for all that attended

Whether you just want to move on from charred sausages or you are a full on foodie looking to broaden your skillset these guys are great. They kept things informal yet informative during a great fun day where we leaned a tonne of stuff. Only complaint is the difficulty staying awake on the drive home after lunch!

Went today for the American BBQ class and honestly this is such a great venue; Jackie & Dave are great hosts at their lovely home with a seriously awesome setup for BBQ’ing … lots of great information, insights and practical work … then a feast at the end of the day! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to know more about how to BBQ, whether your a novice or experienced. Thanks for a great day
