I've only been training with Sheldon since the beginning of this year but already feel so much better! For the first time ever I've been making it to the gym before work which is a huge undertaking for someone who adores the snooze button. Huge credit to Sheldon who really cares about his work and clients. He makes every session good fun and is super attentive. A thoroughly great guy, I couldn't recommend him more highly.

I started training with Sheldon following an initial free taster session. I have been training with Sheldon for one month now and I am delighted to say that I am beginning to enjoy excercise. Anyone who knows me will understand that that is a really big deal! He varies every session and is very knowledgeable; sharing with me what I am doing and how it is supporting me to get to my goals. Training with Sheldon is top class and highly recommended. No two sessions are the same, keeping it fresh and enjoyable. With Sheldon's guidance I have successfully lost weight, got fitter and also stronger. He's also helped me overcome any apprehension about going to the gym, showing me each piece of equipment and giving me the confidence to train well on my own. I've been training with him for 2 years now, so must be doing something right!

I have experienced a few personal trainers over the years and Sheldon is by far the best. The sessions are hard but fun and you get results. You definitely won’t get bored of the same routine! He is encouraging and motivating. Sheldon caters for all age groups. I am safely over the age of 40 however, he is now training my two teenage sons and they too, have become Sheldon fans.
