Steph is positive, energetic and passionate. Her supportive approach is balanced with creating workouts tailored to all different fitness levels. She’s not only an inspiring and talented coach, she’s great fun too! I look forward to my classes each week and have done for the past 5 years.

Steph is a fantastic coach who motivates you to push yourself whilst making every class fun. Each session is a varied full-body workout and Steph pays great attention to form to ensure you get the most out of each class. A great atmosphere and a welcoming group to train with, I would highly recommend!

I have been attending Steph's classes for 4 months and I have thoroughly enjoyed them. Steph made me feel at ease from the beginning and the classes are super fun and always different. They are suitable for beginners but they're still challenging and a great way to improve fitness levels. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Boxercise with Steph is fun, instructive, energetic. The classes are different every week, Steph is very helpful and make sure you get the technique right. I love it, I have been going to Steph's classes for over 10 years and I still look forward to it.
