I started training with Mike because I wanted some expert advice about my form/technique. He was so helpful and gave really insightful tips that helped me to feel much more confident in the gym. I gave him specific goals of wanting to improve my push-ups and to be able to do a pull-up - both goals have now been smashed! Mike is a rare find - he not only has impressive knowledge about training, but he is also funny, personable and a great personal trainer to work with. I couldn't recommend him...
