Basement Dance Studio London

I attended the adult ballet classes here for about a year. It was definitely one of the best decision I ever made. Was it not for the fact I had A level exams I would have continued attending. Everyone was so friendly, Judy the instructor was an amazing and skilled teacher. She made the lessons fun for everyone I would recommend this studio for anyone no matter the age or skill level. We also did stretch and Jazz which was so much fun. 😊😊😊

My 4-year-old has been going to BDS for about 9 months in the Toddler class... initially I was nervous as I thought she’d enjoy it but she’d had a rocky start to Nursery with not wanting to leave me etcetc. But Judy has a way of relaxing the kids whilst keeping them focused and progressing in their dancing. I can highly recommend the Basement Dance Studio! Judy has been so supportive and a fantastic teacher who has gone above and beyond in improving my dancing. She has offered extra lessons and always been so supportive when I have found things difficult. It has been such a great term and we have had so much fun. She brings life to every dance she creates! This is one great place to take your children. I have signed up both my daughters and I am very happy with the attention and training they receive from the instructors. The first couple of times I stayed and watched and I saw how cheerful and full of energy the instructors were. They had no problem taking care of 10-15 children and keeping them interested. It was impressive.

Hello all, I really enjoyed my time at The Basement. I didn't really had dance experience before I joined the classes (except the one that u move your body somehow at home when u hear a really good music and nobody can see you :D). So as a total beginner I can say it was easy to follow the classes because the teachers explained it nicely and they made a friendly environment so I felt free to ask questions.
