my mum has been 2 days to be discharged. She has dementia and does not understand why she cannot go home. we were told we were waiting for a risk assessment to be done meanwhile we have been told all visiting is stopped due to covid. Now we have been waiting 5 hours for her meds and we are still waiting. It's a joke I just want to get my mum home where she is not exposed to covid.

Thankyou is not enough to say to this hospitals a&e and SDEC, the care and support we were given was amazing 🤩 So grateful and relieved to know we were finally in good caring, professional hands. From Joseph & Tina smith

After visiting children’s A&E tonight with a very poorly little boy that’s been very poorly on and off now for 8 weeks, I was appalled! I know that staff are pushed and work hard but the children a&e was absolutely filthy with vomit bowls left out all over the floors under the chairs. I mentioned this to them on several occasions as it’s a risk of passing more germs on to already vulnerable children and yet they expect us to wear masks! 5 hours later those vomit bowls was still there on the...
