I was a member of this club for several years and wholly recommend it for the quality of the training I received. Sensei Bob is an amazing instructor (with some cheesy jokes to boot!) and brings out the best in everyone. You will find here an exceptional mentor and a true application of the martial for self-defence purposes. And not to mention brilliant training partners.
