I have worked with Phil in a group setting previously and always been impressed with knowledge and approach to training. This year I decided to extend my running capacity to a half marathon and I couldn’t have done it without Phil’s training. Not only to upscale my running through a program but strengthening the muscles and even the mind to give me the ability and confidence to complete the distance! I cannot thank and recommend Phil enough.

I was introduced to Phil via my nephew who has also trained with him for sometime. Phil has been very good at helping me achieve my personal goals and maintaining the benefits. I would 100% recommend him I definitely have more strength in my body and flexibility in my movement than I had at the start of my training which has helped me in my day to day life big time. I trained with Phil for over a year. We did a lot of mobility exercises as I suffer with back issues. The exercises have been very helpful and have helped me with playing golf. I found Phil very encouraging and professional. We worked together in increasing my fitness and weight training. He encouraged me to attain and reach new fitness goals. A great teacher and motivator. I've trained with Phil for a Tough Muddle Style race and for the Reading Half Marathon in group sessions. The training sessions were always varied and most importantly enjoyable. I couldn't recommend Phil highly enough as a PT if you want to get results instead of just plodding along without improving. Looking forward to the next challenge !
