A little over a month ago I hit 18 stone and was finding normal day to day task getting increasingly difficult. Waking up at 4 in the morning every morning and having zero energy to get through the day. The thought of hitting an ego filled gym full of steroid nuts was my worst nightmare. I found the complete opposite with the barefoot crew. Knowledgeable supportive well designed pt and excellent classes increasing in intensity as you grow with the program. My only regret is leaving it so long.

I have really enjoyed my first 12 weeks. I have followed a personal yoga plan and attended LISS. The crew are very supportive, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. They give advice and have your best interests at heart. Tailored plans specifically for what you want to achieve are in place alongside group work which is always different and the other members are friendly and non-judgemental .

I joined Barefoot Crew about 9 months ago and it is the best thing I've ever done for my health and wellbeing. Oli is a great coach/trainer and has the knowledge to safely create a programme which has enabled me to move again! Joining the Barefoot Crew has been the best decision I have ever made for physical and mental health. I used to be a massive gym addict but injuries have set me back and my backs given me daily pain meaning I haven't been able to walk or stand for very long let alone cope with the gym but Oli cleverly assessed me and gave me a rehabilitation programme which is helping me improve my quality of life, decrease pain and move better.
