  • I love Keely's yoga classes. I met Keely back in 2017 when she was leading classes in a trial with Waitrose in their cafe in Bracknell. And during lockdown her weekly online classes were a life saver as I had moved out of the area. Her manner is easy and relaxed, and backed by professional expertise (she teaches yoga teachers too). Her approach means that she often knows what you are doing, soften this arm, pay attention to the knee, relax your jaw, etc reminding you to breathe too. It means ...

  • Just back from a wonderful retreat with Keely and Brian. Fantastic yoga sessions, amazing food and a superb location! My first yoga retreat, despite being a yoga teacher myself and I'm so glad I spent it with them. I feel refreshed (if a little achy after walking to the TOP of the rock of Gibraltar on our last day) and ready to take on the world again (at least for the next week)... Thanks and look forward to doing it all again.

I wouldn’t normally get to a class in Crowthorne so really lovely to join the online sessions.
