I've been training with Andy for over a year and in that time have seen my strength and fitness improve hugely. He writes programmes that are personalised to your goals and abilities that challenge you and yet are achievable. Can highly recommend for anyone wanting to elevate their fitness; I've achieved more in a year than I thought was possible and can't wait to see what the next year brings!

I've worked with Andy for over a year to increase my strength for pole fitness, and also to gain confidence in my handstands. With his support I have managed to push myself beyond what I thought was possible - from doing weighted pull-ups to achieving my first ring muscle-up, being a lot stronger at pole and no longer being scared of going upside down on my hands. His workouts are fun and challenging, and his positivity is very motivating. 10/10 would recommend!

Andy is great. Encouraging, enthusiastic and understanding. He's helped me so much with my strength and stability. I've had a lot of issues in the past with a shoulder injury and Andy has adapted exercises for me and worked to make sure my shoulders are more stable and injury free. He makes you work hard but its fun and worth it

Such a fun gym compared to the usual set ups. Best place to do gymnastics/calisthenics type training. I go to a block of training classes where I've met lovely people and seen some real progress. I am on a journey to a first pull up which I know will happen very soon here!
