I have been coming to these classes now for a while and they set me up for the day! Laura is extremely friendly and each class is hard work but great fun too. Great for toning and making you more flexible. I would really recommend you trying a class.

Laura is so lovely, friendly and approachable. The workout is intense but achievable and you do not feel rushed through the session. Look forward to the classes on a Monday!

You won’t regret going to Laura’s ballet beats class. As a beginner to exercise I felt encouraged and supported learning the moves, you also leave feeling so good about yourself that you did it. Good for toning and core work. Book it.

I love this class! Laura expertly designs the exercises to develop tone and flexibility while initiating the uninitiated (me) into the basics of ballet. I immediately felt the benefit to my posture. It makes me feel good for the rest of the week!

A really friendly, fun and welcoming class. Laura is brilliant at explaining the ballet moves, which is so helpful as I am not from a dance background at all. My flexibility and posture has improved massively since joining this class in September. Never thought I’d be considering buying ballet shoes at 41! Come and try it ... you won’t regret it!
