  • What a great 1on1 virtual workout! A fun way to incorporate yoga positions and different dynamic exercises adapted for me and my schedule. Eric is an excellent teacher with great energy! I am so happy to continue my classes with him even with an ocean between us.

  • It will soon be 3 months since I started taking Yoga Flow classes. No need to deny it, I was really rusty. A weekly session and I have already memorized the movements, improved my postures and physically, I feel much better. Everything is not yet easy for me, far from it, but I can feel the progress.   • Varied courses, the explanations are very clear. And above all, good humor is there to motivate yourself even alone in front of a screen! ! Note good choice of music!

  • Yesterday I attended the Breathe class with my husband. We truly enjoyed ☺️ I feel my core worked out without too much impact on my back. My legs and butt still feel it. The class is more energetic than the name suggests, in a positive way. The room is full of light. Eric was very good at engaging us. Recommend it
