  • I started working with Shannon a few months ago, and my only regret is that I wish I had connected with her sooner! As someone who hadn’t exercised for some years and was addicted to comfort eating, it was Shannon who helped me break the vicious cycle that I was in. Shannon is so lovely and so encouraging that I love our sessions. I have seen a massive difference in my fitness levels and for once I can see the changes being long term. Thank you Shannon, you are amazing!!

  • My wife and I have had a number of workouts and consultations with Shannon and we could not be happier with her. The studio space is pleasant and very well equipped. Shannon has a ton of knowledge and experience in fitness and diet. I would definitely recommend.

  • Shannon is very knowledgeable in both exercise and nutrition. Her programmes are carefully tailored to your specific needs and she chats to you each week to assess any changes she feels have to made, altering the training session where necessary. Shannon creates a perfect environment for exercise and there’s plenty of laughter too!

The sessions are challenging but enjoyable and she really focuses on technique so you know you’re doing the exercises correctly. As well as exercise she also has a wealth of knowledge about nutrition, peri menopause and wellness. I look forward to our sessions every week!
