Fantastic bagel and pretzel course today. I will be creating these again at home as they were delicious and the instructions were easy to follow. Delicious goodies to take home

First baking workshop with Bread Ahead and it was a wonderful experience! We’ve been an avid follower of their IG live baking videos. The class was interactive and Alessandro was an amazing teacher. Loved that we got to take our handmade doughnuts home!

My wife and I attended the full day pastry workshop, we highly recommend it. The teacher Manuel was brilliant, funny, knowledgeable and made everything seem easy. The local is great, perfect for a group of 12 like we were. We were in Wembley which is far off for us but clearly worth it. The vibe is relaxed and no prior know how is required. We are already thinking about our next workshop and our next croissant making day at home

THE BEST! It was such a fun course, so therapeutic - AND YOU GET TO TAKE HOME DOUGHNUTS!!! Need I say any more? Weigela was a really lovely and wonderful teacher & it was such a wonderful experience.

Konrad did a great job of demonstrating, teaching, and nurturing all of our dough based treats in the Ultimate Christmas Baking workshop. The class ran smoothly and I was quite surprised by how much ground we were able to cover in just a few hours! Thank you also to the lovely assistant, Ana, for working quietly in the background to keep us in check.
